As I mentioned at Christmas we have, through generous donations from the membership, now purchased a GLAMORGAN bench in the NMA. Keith Smith has not only procured the bench but has also organised a service of dedication at 1030 on Sunday 10^th March 2013 at the bench which is situated close to the Falklands Memorial in the NMA. Nigel Fielding has arranged a programme for the weekend of 8 - 10^th March 2012 based at the Mercure Burton Upon Trent Newton Park Hotel where he is on the management team (see: http://www.mercure.com/gb/hotel-8352-mercure-burton-upon-trent-newton-park/index.shtml ) at a rate of £75 for dinner, bed & breakfast per room per night. It would be very helpful if you could now indicate whether you wish to attend and, if so, which events you would like to participate in. We hope to meet the costs for the purchase of the memorial, the dedication and reception from the Memorial Fund so there is no requirement for any payment from members at this stage (except for individual hotel bills).
